MBA courses in a Hospitality, Culinary Arts, and Travel and Tourism concentration: Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Operations Management, Technology and Decision-making, and Statistical Analysis.

Requirements:
A doctorate in the relevant business field or graduate coursework comparable to a major required.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Travel/Tourism required;
managerial experience preferred.
3 to 5 years of university teaching experience required; graduate teaching preferred.
