The course addresses entrepreneurial finance from a startup or early stage business owner’s perspective. The course assumes that the student has a modest or no background in finance, accounting, or economics.

Master’s degree in Finance with strong professional experience required; doctorate strongly preferred.
Three to five years of entrepreneurial experience or consulting with new ventures preferred.
Three to five years of university teaching experience required; graduate teaching preferred.
